" As some of you have probably noticed I haven't updated my site for a while! This is due to several reasons including opening a new gallery, making glass, teaching and exhibiting, and a difficult year personally.
I had been building a new website myself, but have come to the conclusion that it wouldn't have shown my work as well as I'd have liked, and I have also decided to add an online shop to the new site. To achieve this I am working with a website designer and we are aiming to have the site online for the spring of 2009.

I have been working on quite a few new ideas over the last few months and will be pulling these experiments together into a new body of work over the winter. I'm really excited about the direction of the new work and will add images to the new website.

For those of you that have enquired about the class schedule for 2009, please bear with me a few more weeks while I complete the dates and class details. I'll post all of the information by mid November.

It was really nice to meet some of you at the Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair in Manchester. I really enjoyed the show and it was great to get some feedback about my current work. I hope to see you again next year.
